This database,DEPATIS, is provided by the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (GPTO). Canadian Patents Database

The free database of Canadian patents and laid-open patent applications has been made available by CIPO (Canadian Intellectual Property Office). It contains full text images from 1920, brief details from 1869 and abstracts and claims from 1978.
