    • Global Financial Data (UW RESTRICTED) "Data is a collection of financial and economic data provided in ASCII or Excel format. Data includes: long-term historical indices on stock markets; Total Return data on stocks, bonds, and bills; interest rates; exchange rates; inflation rates; bond indices; commodity indices and prices; consumer price indices; gross domestic product; individual stocks; sector indices; treasury bill yields; wholesale price indices; and unemployment rates covering over 200 countries."

    • OFFSTATS: Official Statistics on the Web. Provided by the University of Aukland Library, "The OFFSTATS database provides access to free statistics from official sources on the web. Web links are arranged by country, region or subject. The database can be searched by a single category, or a combination of categories. All of the content of the database is held in the public domain and is available through the Internet."
    • UT [Texas] Library ONLINE, Statistics and Demographics, by the University of Texas Library. Free, excellent, easy to use links to interactive electronic statistical data. Not all sources are from IGO's or governmental sources, nor are they all available to University of Washington users.

    • Commodity List (UN) for the following numerical trade classification systems:
      SITC Rev.1 SITC Rev.2 SITC Rev.3 HS1992 HS1996 HS2002
    • Interactive Tariff and Trade DataWeb, U.S. International Trade Commission. Click "HTS/SIC/SITC/NAICS/END USE Description Lookup". Note that the codes are in some cases modified by the United States Government and the data is for U.S. trade.
  • UN Classifications Registry "The Classifications registry keeps updated information on Statistical Classifications maintained by the United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD)." This is a vast listing of international codes, eg. ISIC, STIC, correspondences, etc. Don't miss the "Free Downloads" page!
  • UNeTradeS.Net Standards for Trade and Electronic Business.
    "UNeTrades.Net pays special attention to the requirements of the digital economy by distributing, ready to use, downloadable electronic versions of important standards and codes such as country codes, currency codes or UN location codes."
