
AMS (MathSciNet)
- Conduct a search and select the citations you want to export by clicking the Clipboard link beneath the article citation.
- Click the Clipboard button in the bar at the top of the page to review your saved citations.
- From the Select format drop-down menu, choose Citations (BibTeX) and then click SaveClip.
- Use your browser's Save As function to save a copy of the resulting webpage to your computer in the plain text (.txt) file format.
In RefWorks:
- Log in to RefWorks if you have not already done so.
- In the toolbar at the top of the page, click on the References menu and select Import.
- On the Import page, select BibTeX from the Import Filter/Data Source drop-down menu.
- Use the Database drop-down menu to select MathSciNet (AMS) (BibTeX format).
- Select the option to Import Data from the following Text File.
- Click the Browse button to select the file you downloaded and saved to your computer in the previous steps.
- Click the Import button.
- Your records will appear in the Last Imported Folder.
