Instruction Request Form

The Libraries provides workshops on strategies and resources to introduce students to research in a specific discipline and tailored to each individual class. To arrange instruction for your class, please fill out this online form at least 14 days prior to your desired instruction date.

In order to ensure a high quality session, please provide us with a copy of the relevant assignment as soon as a librarian is assigned to your class, and no later than 7 days in advance of the workshop. Instructors are expected to attend all sessions with their students.

If you have any questions, please contact Amanda Hornby, Undergraduate Instruction Coordinator.
