Call for Papers
Abstracts of 500 words or less. Deadline for Receipt: January, 2005
Papers of 8000 words or less. Deadline for Receipt: February, 2005
Both abstracts and papers are submitted on CDs for PC.
Languages: The official Conference languages will be English, Russian, and Vietnamese.

Conference Fee US$100 The fee covers admission to all panel sessions and plenary meetings; reception, coffee and tea breaks; proceedings publication.
