Anschutz Fellowship in International HistoryThe Department of History at the University of Colorado at Boulder invites applications for its Anschutz Distinguished Fellowship in International History, to be awarded for the third time in 2005/2006. Established academics will receive top consideration, but junior scholars at the post-doctoral level are encouraged to apply. The Fellow will teach one upper-level undergraduate course, accompanied by visits to class by practitioners related to the subject (funding provided), in either Fall 2005 or Spring 2006. The Department seeks a scholar whose work employs a transnational or comparative approach and who addresses our interests in cultural exchange, knowledge creation and transmission, border crossings, commerce or labor, migration, or empires. Geographic area and time period open. The Anschutz Fellow will also present a lecture on his or her research specialty. Stipend, travel, room and board, and clerical support provided.
