Dear all,
I'm a post-graduate International Political Economy student with the IDSS-Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and I'm basing my MSc research dissertation on the assessment of normalised VN-US ties. In my dissertation, I hope to explore and 'uncover' the strategic reasons (socio-politico as well as economic) for the normalisation of relations between 'ex-antagonists'. By any chance, do you know anyone in Singapore who would be familiar with a topic as such and whom I could seek advice from?
