As the Psychology Librarian on the Seattle Campus, Laura Barrett supports the research and teaching needs of the Department of Psychology. She purchases materials for the UW Libraries collections to support faculty and graduate student research as well as course curriculum. She also provides individual consultation to faculty and students as well as classroom instruction on research methods in psychology. In her role as Undergraduate Services Librarian, Laura provides instruction and reference service at Odegaard Undergraduate Library. She coordinates the instruction services at OUGL and partners with other subject librarians to help provide research instruction to undergraduate students in a variety of disciplines.
