Amanda HornbyUndergraduate Instruction Coordinator Email: hornbya@u.washington.edu Amanda coordinates the Odegaard Undergraduate Library education program and chairs the University Libraries Teaching & Learning Group. Amanda works with faculty in team-teaching information literacy and critical thinking sessions, provides research workshops for students, faculty and librarians, and works with undergraduate education initiatives across the University campus. Amanda is the liaison to the Department of Geography. Amanda's research interests include: scholarship of teaching and learning; human rights films and policy; new media and web 2.0 technologies in higher education; and alternative media. Before coming to the UW, she was the Media & Technology Studies Librarian at the UWB/CCC Campus Library (2005-2008).
