$15.45 per hour

Hours:

12-15 hours per week; Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Duties:

  • Gather electronic resource usage statistics from various sources and update related spreadsheets, web pages, and documentation. Contact vendors as needed.
  • Provide support for collection development, such as:
    • searching catalogs and databases
    • maintaining web pages
    • routing incoming purchase requests
    • preparing reports
  • Work on collection assessment projects as needed to support the work of  the department and subject librarians.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Access
  • Knowledge of content management systems to create and edit web pages
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enrollment in the UW Information School
