10 - 19.5 hours per week, Flexible schedule between 9 - 5, weekdays.

Limited duration:  job lasts through Winter quarter, possibly longer.

• Work on digitizing (scanning) theatrical photographs using a flatbed scanner.
• Manage & manipulate resulting digital image files with file renaming software and Photoshop.
• Use CONTENTdm software to record information about selected images.
• Training on these procedures will be provided.

• Patience, tolerance for series of repetitive tasks, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable and dexterous with large numbers of files, including organizing directory structures;  confidence in handling directory navigation
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented person with problem solving abilities, especially in computer and software use.

• Experience with Photoshop and MS Excel.
