Rate:

$10.75 per hour

Hours:

10 to 19.5 hours per week; Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Duties:
  • Monitor and respond to Help Desk requests for computing assistance on more than 500 public and staff computers
  • Repair/replace PC hardware components
  • Deploy images on public machines and rebuild staff machines as needed
  • Configure and troubleshoot various Windows applications

    Required Qualifications:
    • Computer hardware knowledge
    • Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
