Rate:

$10.50 per hour.

Hours:

10 to 19.5 hours per week.

Duties:
  • Monitor and respond to Help Desk requests for computing assistance on more than 500 public and staff computers.
  • Repair/replace PC hardware components.
  • Deploy images on public machines and rebuild staff machines as needed.
  • Configure and troubleshoot various Windows applications.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Computer hardware knowledge, excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
