Rate:

$9.34 per hour

Hours:

8 to 19.5 hours per week; Monday - Friday between 7:30 am and 8 pm

Duties:

  • Property stamp new or new-to-UW Libraries books
  • Create and adhere labels using computer and printer and insert magnetic 'tattle-tape'
  • Count books for statistics, shelve books and move fully loaded trucks of books
  • May assist in packing and unpacking binding shipments
  • May use library database to put binding and marking books and some media (dvds, cds, etc.) into transit from one library location to another
  • May pick up volumes or unbound issues from Suzzallo Circulation stacks
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to push and steer fully loaded book trucks
