Rate:

$15.60 per hour (increasing January 1).

Hours:

9-12 hours per week.
3 hour shifts, weekday times to be determined.

Duties:

  • Maintain and update selected internal and external Web pages for the NNLM PNR, and ensure that content meets accessibility requirements (including Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973).
  • Data entry using Excel during transition to a new Online Report System for NNLM Activity and Exhibit reports.
  • Plan for and prepare shipments of hardware and other materials for exhibits and classes.
  • Log and fulfill orders for book kits.
  • Inventory NNLM educational materials

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience creating or editing webpages to meet accessibility standards.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Current student in the MLIS program
    • Experience with editing in Drupal
