Rate:

$9.45 per hour

Hours:

13-19.5 hours per week; shifts are scheduled between 8:00 and 4:00 weekdays, and 1:00-4:00 weekends.

Duties:

  • Serve as courier between Suzzallo Library and our Sand Point off-site shelving facility.
  • Processing, paging, and shelving of books. Primary work is done in warehouse storage environment.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Washington state driver's license.
  • Must be comfortable driving a full-size van.
  • Able to handle full book trucks and lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous library experience.
  • Demonstrated experience showing self-motivation, reliability, detail-orientation, and good communication skills.
