Nancy S. Foldi, PhD, will be the inaugural speaker for the Dr. Stanley Pier Endowed lecture series established by Dr. David Kaplan. Dr. Foldi is professor of Psychology at the City University of New York at Queens College. Dr. Foldi's research focuses on the effects of aging on brain-behavior relationships, with special interest on changes of the attentional mechanisms in normal aging and Alzheimer's disease. A reception will follow Dr. Foldi's lecture.
