Members at Large

Members-at-Large

Requirements:

The Members-at-Large must be members of the Washington State Chapter of ACRL. If a member-at-large cannot complete his/her term on the Board, the position shall be filled by an appointment made by the remaining members of the Board.

Term:

The two Members-at-Large shall serve for two years and shall be elected in alternate years. The terms begin following the spring board meeting of alternating years.

Duties:

• The Members-at-Large serve as voting members of the Board of Directors. Members-at-Large will serve on the Conference Planning Committee for odd year conferences.
• Members-at-Large are charged with encouraging membership in the Chapter.
• Members-at-Large will coordinate the process of promoting, awarding, and announcing the conference scholarships.
