The meeting called to order by President Charles Lord. The Board Meeting minutes of October 28, 1999 were reviewed and approved without change. The committee also reviewed the agenda for the upcoming Business Meeting.

The Chapter needs a representative who will attend the ALA/ACRL Chapters' Representatives Council meeting at ALA conferences. Lynn Chmelir will attend the next one, but the committee needs to determine who should attend in the future.

The Chapter Bylaws need to be revised and Brenda Philip volunteered to chair the bylaws revision committee. It is hoped that a proposed revision will be ready to go out with the spring election ballots.

A discussion followed about planning for the fall 2001 conference. Kathleen will look in the chapter files for conference planning information, particularly past evaluations.

A spring Board meeting will be considered as occasion allows due to statewide dispersion of members.
