3 Ways to Submit Ereserves

1. Submit a list of articles. The UW Libraries subscribes to online databases that provide the full text of articles in hundreds of journals and newspapers. Librarians and reserve staff will work with you to determine where articles are already available online and create links in the Ereserves system. Send your list to art@lib.washington.edu or to Art Library, Box 353440, UW, 99195-3440.

2. Submit electronic documents by web form, email or disk. Documents already in Word, HTML, Publisher, ascii text, or PDF format may be submitted to Art Reserve as email attachments or on floppy diskettes. Electronic format files can be posted to Ereserve quickly and retain the accuracy of the original document. Send email attachments to art@lib.washington.edu or bring disks to the reserve desk.

3. Provide sharp, unbound photocopies of book chapters, articles, notes, and solutions to be scanned and placed on Ereserve. Original copies will be kept on file for one quarter in the event of any problems with the PDF documents. Mail or bring photocopies to Art Reserve Desk, BOX 353440.
