TLC Request Form

Use this form to request a Team Librarian Consultation session with a librarian in the Foster Business Library. Please fill in all of the contact, class and project description information and at least one preferred meeting time. Please be sure your contact information is correct so we can get in touch with you to schedule a meeting time. When you have finished filling out the form, click on the Submit Request button at the bottom of the page. A librarian will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a meeting. If you are not contacted, please check at the Reference Desk in the Foster Business Library to determine the status of your request.
