Now that the rows and columns are set, a crosstab can be run.
- Select Crosstab from the Function menu.
- This opens up the Crosstab Report window, where you can select items to view.
- Select the following:
- Projected, Resps, Vert%, Horz%, and Index, then click on the View button.
You will get an Excel table with the results of your search, as shown below.

- You can sort the data in various ways, by choosing Sort. . . from the Data menu. For example, you could sort by Index.
- After reviewing your data, you can print or save the results as an Excel file.
- After printing or saving the table, exit out of the Crosstab by selecting Return to Choices II from the File menu.
