Wednesday, December 28, 2005 — Printing & VentureXpert down
Due to a planned power outage elsewhere on campus, where the print server is located, printing services will be unavailable for a time after 1PM in the library, for several hours. The Foster database VentureXpertWeb is still down but the vendor is actively working on a fix.
Tuesday, December 27, 2005 — Printing and VentureXpert down
Publications Services' printing services will be unavailable for one to four Hours, starting at about 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 27th, while Seattle City Light completes utility work on campus. This outage will affect all printing services offered by Publications Services on all campuses (except Bothell).
Also, the Foster database VentureXpertWeb is down; the vendor has been notified.
Thursday, December 15, 2005 — Interim hours
Foster Business Library hours for interim, Saturday, Dec. 17 through Monday, Jan. 2, are 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, closed weekends, and closed on the holiday Mondays, Dec. 26 and Jan. 2. See Foster Business Library Hours.
Thursday, December 8, 2005 — Extended hours for finals
Foster Business Library extended hours for finals are Friday, December 9: 8am to 9pm; Saturday, December 10: 9am to 9pm; Sunday, December 11: 1pm to 9pm. See Foster Business Library Hours.
Wednesday, December 7, 2005 — Factiva database
The Factiva database, formerly only available on campus and only in Business School buildings, is now available to all active UW faculty, staff, and students, anywhere on campus as well as from off campus via the Off-Campus Access button in the upper right corner on the Foster homepage.
