"Basically, users can search and mark citations, but when they try to email results, the email fails and they lose their results. Users can't retrieve them and neither can ProQuest. It doesn't appear to matter whether they are on or off campus or which browser they are using.
The problem is intermittent which makes it hard to diagnose and predict.
ProQuest assures me they are treating this as an urgent problem and they have tech support personnel working on it as top priority. The situation is not isolated to UW."
