A company search for EasyJet produced a list of 113
reports.
Since EasyJet is a British company and its stock is not sold in the U.S., there are no SEC 10-K or 20-F reports
to be found. However, a search for EasyJet in Company Financial, in the source International Reports, for all
dates, retrieved 59 documents, dating back to 1996, including this
Extel Cards Database document:
"POST BALANCE SHEET EVENTS. In October 2001, the Group took delivery of a new Boeing 737-700 aircraft, which was
financed by sale and leaseback. The Group is also in the process of seeking to raise additional funds by way of
Placing and Open Offer of airline make that may arise, to further strengthen its balance sheet and to help fund in
part its new aircraft purchases. In addition, the Chairman and the ultimate majority shareholder, Stelios
Haji-Ioannou, intends to sell between 13 million and 18.5 million shares in the company (approximating to 5% interest
in the Group). The Offering circular to qualifying shareholders and potential institutional investors of this
transaction is expected to be dispatched on 29-Oct-2001.
The Group believes that it is well placed to take advantage of the changing market conditions and the continued strong
sentiment towards low-cost airlines. In time, many other national airlines will follow British Airways' example at
Gatwick and begin to retrench from some of Europe's busiest airports giving the opportunity for other airlines, such
as itself, to compete. As a result, the Group believes its business model to be robust and is continuing with its
ambitious expansion plan. The Group is maintaining its existing aircraft delivery schedule of a further 10 B737-700s
to arrive in financial year 2002. By May 2004, its fleet will consist of 48 aircraft. Today's problems represent just
another staging post on the long journey to a less protectionist market when point-to-point travel in Europe is
dominated by two forms of transport: high-speed rail and low-cost airlines. That is the future and it intends to play
a major part in it. As the Group enters the new financial year, it is cautiously optimistic and believes that out of
every crisis there is opportunity.
Incorporated 24-Mar-2000 as a Private Company Limited; Re-registered 16-Oct-2000 as a Public Limited Company;
Registered No 3959649
On 22-Nov-2000, 63,000,000 New Ordinary shares of 25p were Offered at 310p per share and the Ordinary shares were
Admitted to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.
The Ultimate Parent Company is easyJet Holdings Ltd, incorporated in Jersey."

Library Corporate Annual Reports:
The Foster Business Library maintains a collection of several thousand
annual reports for hundreds of U.S. and foreign companies. These reports are
filed in lateral filing cabinets near the Foster Reference desk under the sign Corporate Annual Reports. Annual reports for companies in an industry can be a valuable source of information about the industry itself. For a list of all the companies in the Corporate Annual Reports collection, click here.
For an index to corporate annual reports in the collection by industry sector, click here. For an index to companies in the collection with headquarters outside the U.S., click here.

Foster Business Library Articles:
Of these three main sources, all but Factiva are available from any computer on the campus network (as well as from home) via the UW
Connectivity Kit or via the Libraries' proxy server.
The easiest of these databases to use is ABI/Inform Global.
For more information about accessing Foster Business Library databases from off campus, click here. For more information about business databases, click here.
This database offers full text articles for over 800 journals. To find articles on specific topics, search by word or phrase by keying your search phrase

and other periodicals. Your searches will span the widest possible array of publications by expanding your search to all databases in ABI/Inform. To expand your search to include all collections in this database, click on
Select Multiple Databases, to the right of the search box. Click then on Select All Databases.
Your search terms will be highlighted in red in each article. For tips on searching this database, click here.
