Page contains a juried listing of teaching artists that present the highest quality performances for youth. Schools and other organizations may use the listing to contact the performers directly. These artists have participated in a highly competitive application process and were selected by a panel of their peers for the quality of their programs. The programs are suitable for school age children (K-12). |
| Bainbridge Performing Arts Theatre School |
All classes are held at Bainbridge Performing Arts (BPA), 200 Madison Avenue North, Bainbridge Island, WA Registrations are taken on a first come, first served basis and are processed when accompanied by at least 50% of class fees due Full tuition is due by the first class meeting |
| Bellevue Youth Theatre formerly Ivanhoe or Crossroads Youth Theatre | The Bellevue Youth Theatre is dedicated to providing theater arts opportunities for all young people, regardless of income or ability. The Theatre stages quality productions that are both entertaining and socially relevant. |
| Broadway Bound |
Broadway Bound also offers ongoing enrichment programs including dance lessons, voice coaching, and summer camps. Professional theatres throughout the city (i.e., ACT, Moore Theatre, Paramount and Broadway Performance Hall) are utilized for student performances. Productions are staged by professional directors, choreographers and music directors from the Seattle theatrical community and beyond, and are completely realized with professional scenery, costumes, sound, lighting, musicians and backstage support. Enrolled students have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of theatre production. |

CSTOCK has consistently offered opportunities for the young people of our community not only to perform on stage after competitive auditions, but also to perform in the orchestra pit. Increasingly, young people are requesting the opportunity to learn stage management, light design and operation, orchestra direction, and set design and construction. The Summer Children’s Workshop has allowed for many Kitsap youth to participate in, and learn about all aspects of theater. It also offers Director in Training opportunity to six youth. Various other classes and workshops are offered each year. |

The Columbia Gorge School of Theatre is a full-time sleep away performing arts camp on the beautiful campus of Concordia University in Portland, Oregon. It is an actor training program for youth of all ages from around the world who can't get enough theatre. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, supportive environment free of criticism and full of fun, support, and love. We feel that a rigorous theatre training program helps students gain a sense of community, improves communication skills, and raises self-esteem. |

Creative Theatre Experience is a non-profit children's theatre education program that is the summer home for over 200 students in Olympia, WA. It offers fun and exciting workshops in theatre, dance, art and music, all culminating in age-appropriate, stage productions. CTE promotes creativity, builds important life skills, cultivates confidence, and provides leadership opportunities for children and youth entering first grade through high school. |
