The United States Patent and Trademark Office provides tools for patent and trademark research to libraries throughout the country. These
Patent and Trademark Depository Libraries (PTDL's) make these tools available to the public. The USPTO maintains a list of PTDL's with
WWW links at http://www.uspto.gov/go/ptdl

The University of Washington Engineering Library is the PTDL for Washington State.

CASSIS CD-ROM Databases
Copies of the Official Gazzette of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
Copies of patents
Publications made available by the USPTO
