Sciences Library Photocopy Services.
Library computers are networked to coin and copy card operated printers. Current
price is approximately 12 cents a page. For more information see Printing

For help with printing articles and webpages from library computers, go
to any reference or information desk.
Photocopies: Self-service copy machines taking copy cards are available in all UW Libraries. Copy cards can be purchased within some
libraries at at all copy centers.

- Where is the Library Cashier?
The Cashier is on the first floor of Suzzallo Library.
In addition to the cashier, there are change machines located on the first
floor of Suzzallo Library, in the Health Sciences Library and in Odegaard
Undergraduate Library.
- What are the Auxilliary Stacks?
Auxilliary Stacks are out-of-library shelving and storage locations not open
to the public. If an item you need is located in auxilliary stacks, use the
Request button in the UW Libraries Catalog to transfer the item to
the UW Libraries of your choice. Books in auxilliary stacks are retrieved
twice a day Monday through Saturday and once a day on Sunday and holidays.
- How can I get a job at the UW Libraries?
The University of Washington Libraries employ UW students on an hourly basis
in positions that are challenging and responsible, at convenient campus locations,
with flexible work schedules for both the Academic Year and Summer Quarter.

Typewriters are available in Odegaard Undergraduate Library (ask at Info desk on first floor), and in the Social
Work Library (coin-operated). The Career Center in Mary Gates also has one for students
preparing employment applications.
