15 minute historic topographic map sheets of Washington State are each given unique names. You must know the name of the topo sheet in order to find a specific area in this series. Please consult the index map below (separated into four quadrants for ease of use) to find the name of the topo sheet(s) for your region of interest. County names and borders are included to provide some context.
Sometimes a quadrant will have two names. The names in blue indicate a second title for sheets that have undergone a name change.
Once you know the name of the topo sheet you need, ask Map Collection staff to assist you in retrieving it from the Historic Map Cases.
