Instruction Request Form

The Libraries provides workshops on strategies and resources to introduce students to research in a specific discipline and tailored to each individual class. To arrange instruction for your class, please fill out this online form at least 14 days prior to your desired instruction date.

In order to ensure a high quality session, please provide us with a copy of the relevant assignment as soon as a librarian is assigned to your class. Instructors are expected to attend all sessions with their students.

If you have any questions, please contact Amanda Hornby, Undergraduate Instruction Coordinator. For more information on our instruction philosophy and teaching methods, please review User Education: A Guide for Faculty and Teaching Assistants.

All fields in this form are required.
