WorldCat Local catalog (a.k.a. "Search UW Libraries and beyond")

For individual catalog records:
  1. While looking at the detailed record, click the Export to RefWorks link.

  2. In RefWorks, your records will appear in the Last Imported Folder.
For groups of catalog records:
  1. Select the records you want to export by clicking the checkbox to the left of each citation.

  2. In the Save to drop-down menu at the top of the results list, select which list you want to save the records to and click the Save button.

  3. Sign in with your WorldCat Local username and password, or creat a new user account if you do not already have one.

  4. If you are creating a new list of records, enter a name for your list of records. If you are adding records to an existing list, select the list you want to use.

  5. You will now be viewing your list of records. Click on the Citations View tab.

  6. In the Export selected references: drop-down menu, choose To RefWorks and click the Export button.

  7. In RefWorks, your records will appear in the Last Imported Folder.
