Room 102 Reservation Request Form
Reservations will not be taken more than two weeks in advance for Autumn - Spring quarters.
1. The Odegaard Instruction Lab is for the use of the staff of the University Libraries and of Learning and Scholarly Technologies for offering library and technology instruction to students and faculty as the first priority. Use for other types of instruction or training by Libraries or University staff is possible but this use must be approved in advance. Room reservation fees may apply.
2. The Odegaard Instruction Lab is suitable for classes of up to 24 students. There are 24 workstations in the lab. While Learning & Scholarly Technologies staff make every effort to ensure all machines are functioning, we cannot guarantee full capacity.
3. Restrictions. The room is intended for library instruction classes lasting 1 – 2 hours and is not to be booked for an entire day. The room is not a general classroom and cannot be booked for the entire quarter for the same hour every day or several days each week. Requests for exceptions to this policy should go to Ryan McCrory, Access Services Manager, or Amanda Hornby, Undergraduate Instruction Coordinator.
4. The Odegaard Instruction Lab is equipped with 24 computer workstations and an instructor workstation, a ceiling-mounted color data projector, a projector screen, and wall-mounted white boards. The computer workstations in this room must not be moved, since the PCs are hardwired for power and data.
5. Software: All workstations have the standard public image and do not accommodate additions or changes which require a reboot.
6. Food is not permitted in the room - covered beverages are permitted.
7. The room key is available at the Odegaard Information Desk (First Floor of the Library).
