Mahesh Massand was born in India and lived there until he finished two bachelor’s degrees, one in Mathematics and the other in Architecture. He came to North America in 1979 for his graduate studies in Architecture at McGill University, Montreal, Canada. Migrating to the United States in 1983 he worked with different Architectural firms in the Los Angeles area until 1991. Pursuing his nature as an entrepreneur, he now runs an Environmental Design firm as well as a luxurious guesthouse on Whidbey Island. His most passionate interest lies in photography and writing. An exhibition of his photography work can be seen at the Seattle Art Museum, volunteer park venue, in August.
