Paul Revere Awards Exhibit
Each year outstanding examples of graphic design are selected to be honored by the Paul Revere Award. This award acknowledges publishers for their efforts in creating art for the music industry.
While this exhibit focuses on items from the University of Washington Libraries collection which received the Music Publishers Association Paul Revere Awards for 2011, we have also included information about the composers, pieces, and performances of these musical works (including recordings and videos in our collections) to help you enjoy a bit of the bigger picture and life of these artifacts.
The exhibit will run May 7-29, 2012.
The Music Publishers Association is the oldest music trade organization in the United States, fostering communication among publishers, dealers, music educators, and all ultimate users of music. www.mpa.org
