2013 Application Information for Groups

All undergraduate students enrolled at the University of Washington are encouraged to submit research projects for this award. If you were part of a group project, you will submit your application files individually.  Each student will be judged individually.

Projects completed during any of the following quarters are eligible: Spring 2012, Summer 2012, Fall 2012, Winter 2013, Spring 2013.

Your project can be in any format.

All files required to be considered for the award MUST be submitted by 5:00 on May 13, 2013.  The Collect It dropbox closes at 5:00 p.m on this day. (This includes the Faculty Letter of Support.) Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

2013 Application Procedure for Groups

• Each member of a group must submit their files individually to be considered for the award competition.

• It is acceptable to use the same faculty letter if appropriate.

• Your complete award submission includes 4 separate parts, detailed in the grid below.   All submissions should be in .pdf format, except where noted.

• Where you should submit them is listed under "Where to Submit."
• The deadline for their submission is 5:00 pm, May 13, 2013.
• When you log into the Collect It dropbox you will see a list of all the files you are required to submit. You can keep track of what you have submitted in the Collect It dropbox.
