2012 Application Information for Individuals
All undergraduate students enrolled at the University of Washington are encouraged to submit research projects for this award.
Projects completed during any of the following quarters are eligible: Spring 2011, Summer 2011, Fall 2011, Winter 2012, Spring 2012.
Your project can be in any format.
All files required to be considered for the award MUST be submitted by 5:00 on May 14, 2012. The Collect It dropbox closes at 5:00 p.m on this day. (This includes the Faculty Letter of Support.) Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

2012 Application Procedure for Individuals
- Your complete award submission includes 4 separate parts, detailed in the grid below. All submissions should be in .pdf format, except where noted.
- Where you should submit them is listed under "Where to Submit."
- The deadline for their submission is 5:00 p.m., May 14, 2012.
- When you log into the Collect It dropbox you will see a list of all the files you are required to submit. You can keep track of what you have submitted in the Collect It dropbox.
