A few notes about library book drops:
- All libraries have at least one book drop located inside the library and some have book drops elsewhere in their respective buildings.
- Books and media may be returned to any UW Library.
- Reserve materials should be returned to the unit from which they came.
- Law Library materials should be returned to the Law Library or risk taking longer to be checked in.
Outside Book Drop Locations (available after the library has closed)
Drive up (or drive near) book returns are located at the following libraries (and indicated in purple on the map):
- Allen (accessible from Skagit Lane)
- Drama (accessible from Stevens Way in Hutchinson Hall)
- Health Sciences (accessible from Columbia Road)
Additional outside book drops:

- Music (South)
