Dear list,
For those interested in GIS data on Vietnam, I just ran across this site from the "Information Centre of Natural Resources and Environment of VietNam" (CIRENS) that has maps and an interactive system for delivering GIS data layers:
http://www2.hcm.ciren.gov.vn/cirengis/
CIRENS has a HCMC address, and they have a ".gov.vn" web address, so are apparently a Vietnamese govenrment entity. I do not know their affilliation. Does anyone out there?
