  Promenaders is a co-educational folk dance group open to all students. The members dance for fun and in exhibitions, and sponsor the All-University folk dance mixers. The International Folk Dance Festival is one of the events sponsored by the Promenaders.

  Orchesis is a modern dance honorary which meets to creat [tyee typo] dance patterns and develop individual techniques. Members for 1952-1953 were: Marjorie Barlow, President; Ronda Barnard, Mary Carrigan, Shirley Chase, Nancy Cope, Ginger DeKraay, Darlene Dexter, Emylou Leedy, Pat McDonaugh, Helene Tsutsomoto, Adrienne Wright.
