Biographical Note

Environmental activist, Bothell, Washington. Aagaard worked with fellow citizens of the suburban area to the north of Lake Washington on zoning and wetlands protection measures. Business parks and other proposed developments were challenged in public campaigns and in legal contests.

Correspondence, newsletters, court papers, clippings, and other papers related to her activism with SAVE (Save a Valuable Environment) in the Bothell and neighboring suburban area of Seattle; 1970-1996 (bulk 1974-1988).
