Biographical Note

Raymond B. Allen was born 1902. Allen was dean of the medical schools of the University of Illinois and Wayne State University (Detroit, Michigan), and president of University of Washington. He was a member of the American Medical Association, Columbia University School of Medicine, and U.S. Armed Forces Medical Advisory Committee.
