Dear Mr. Mrs. Farquharson,

As the year approaches once again that memorable anniversary of the birth of the Christ child, may we pause long enough to be strengthened and to gain inspiration from Him. Man cannot conquer by his own power - man is too weak. Despite the war, despite man’s brutality to man, despite all of the evils of mankind, God still loves us to whom He gave His Son, and let us, in turn, renew our love and trust in Him.

As the dawn of another Christmas approaches, may I extend my greetings for a

Very Merry Christmas
and a
Happy and Memorable New Year

Kenji Okuda

P.S. Our family sent a little token of our appreciation and gratitude for your kindness and interest. I hope you like it.
