As Head of the Foster Business Library, Gordon is responsible for ensuring excellent service to library users and overall management of the Foster Business Library.

Gordon is also Head of the Arts, Architecture, and Business Libraries division of branch libraries (AABL), which includes Architecture-Urban Planning, Art, Drama, Music, and Business.
