University of Washington
Graduate Student Library Orientation Exercises
Department of Scandinavian Studies

The following is a list of exercises to aid you in learning how to navigate the large collection of Scandinavian material available at the University of Washington. After each question, you will see a link called "Search!" to the University of Washington Information Gateway. This will launch an external link allowing you to conduct the research necessary to answer the question. Afterwords you can close the window to the Information Gateway to return to the exercise form and fill in your answers. Feel free to cut and paste from the Information Gateway to your exercise form. Make sure you show or discuss your strategy in all cases. When you submit the form at the end, it will be sent to Jerry Anderson.

When you are done, please return to Jerry Anderson's home page for more information.
