to the Bulletin is included with AMS membership. It is also subsidized somewhat
by the other AMS journals, and is supported by membership dues, advertising
revenue, and the non-member subscription fees.

Quarterly Journal of the Royal Meteorological Society: No page charges unless paper exceeds 20 pages. 100 pounds ($150) per page for over 20 pages.
Radio Science: Including typesetting, $115 for 1-10 page, $215 for >10 pages. If Author typesets, $54 for 1-10 pages, $114 for >10 (includes 100 reprints).
Tellus: No page charges for up to 5 pages. $70
for 6-10 pages, $120 for >10 pages.
