Group Study Room Policies
- Group Study Rooms are for use by UW students, staff, and faculty only.
- Rooms are for group study only, not for individual use.
- Rooms may be reserved for up to two hours per day.
- Rooms may be reserved for two to ten persons.
- Patrons may have no more than two reservations at a time.
- If you know that you will be unable to use your reservation, please cancel it so that others may use the room.
- Check out room key with dry erase marker at the Suzzallo Circulation Desk on the First floor. Key is for in-library use only
- If key is not returned on time:
- You will be fined.
- Others with reservations will not be able to use the room.
- Leave the room clean and tidy for the next group.
- Clean the whiteboard.
- Do not leave garbage or library materials behind.
- Return the furniture to its original position.
- You are responsible for any damage to the room and its contents, including furniture and equipment.
- When you leave the room:
- Close the windows.
- Turn off the lights.
- Close the door.
- Return the key to the Suzzallo Circulation Desk on the First floor.
