Organizing Your Research

Organizing your research has a number of positive effects:

  • It allows you to keep a record of your process so that you can repeat those elements that work and avoid repeating mistakes.
It will also enable you to develop your abilities over time.

  • It makes it easier for you to see where more information is needed -- gaps in your knowledge.

  • It makes the writing process easier by providing natural outlines to guide your structure.
