10-15 per week

 

Flexible hours M-F 9-5, or work can be done remotely

Duties:

     

    • Assist with accessibility testing for electronic resources.
    • Gather electronic resource usage statistics from various sources and update related spreadsheets, web pages, and documentation.  Contact vendors as needed.
    • Provide support for collection development, such as searching catalogs and databases, maintaining web pages, routing incoming purchase requests, preparing reports, etc.
    • Work on collection assessment projects as needed to support the work of the department and subject librarians.

        Required Qualifications:

        • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Access.

          Desired Qualifications:
          • Enrollment in the UW iSchool.

            Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 21-14.2 requires employees of higher education and healthcare institutions to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless a medical or religious exemption is approved.
