15 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 7 am - 5 pm


      • Processing library materials including printing and labeling
      • Data entry: minor changes to linking records, under supervision
      • Help with collection projects and usage reports
      • Searching for and shelving library materials

          Required Qualifications:

              • Experience and confidence using Microsoft Office and Windows 7
              • Attention to detail and ability to accurately use alphabetic and numeric filing systems
              • Ability to lift 40 lbs, push heavy book carts, and stand on your feet during your shift
              • Ability to climb up and down stairs

                  Desired Qualifications:

                    • Knowledge of Excel
                    • Experience with Alma/Primo Library Management software
                    • Knowledge of Library shelf reading principles
                    • UW Libraries experience.
