Rate:

$16.15 per hour.

Hours:

8-10  hours per week.

Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., specific schedule to be determined.

Duties:

This position is with the National Network of Libraries National Evaluation Office located in the Health Science Library.

  • Enter data in from surveys and other measurement tools into Excel and REDCap.
  • Spot-check the accuracy of data before entering.
  • Retrieve data, archive data, and prepare data for data visualizations.
  • Archive documents in BaseCamp and pull documents as requested.
  • Assist NEO Co-lead and NEO Data Visualization Librarian with projects, as needed.
  • Monitor NEO Ticketing System
  • Other duties as assigned

      Required Qualifications:

      • Attention to detail.
      • Office 365 (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel) experience
      • Comfortable navigating databases and performing search queries.
      • Record keeping / note taking skills.
      • Investigative curiosity to see what problems can be found.
      • Candidate must be self-motivated with a desire to learn and contribute.
      • Demonstrated commitment to customer service.

        Desired Qualifications:

        • Experience with REDCap.
        • Experience with technical writing
        • Experience with project management software
