Student Survey: Expanding Spaces and Services

The UW Libraries is planning to reopen limited individual study space at the Research Commons in spring quarter 2021. Student input is important as we consider additional services that could be offered on the Seattle campus after that reopening. Please complete this short survey to let us know what would be most helpful to you, and how the Libraries can best support your student experience during spring quarter.

The survey should take approximately 2-3 minutes to complete. Once you have completed the survey, you’ll have the option to enter a drawing to win one of 50 $10 Amazon gift cards (winners notified in mid-April).

In line with UW and Washington State guidelines, the majority of Libraries physical spaces will remain closed during spring quarter. Open browsing of our collections, in person services, and full access to study spaces are not available during this time. The Libraries continues to provide many services remotely, including no contact pick-up for books, electronic journals and books, 24/7 virtual reference assistance, online events, research and instructional support, and digital scans upon request for some special collections/archival material (for known items of reasonable length).

Survey responses are anonymous (responses and prize drawing information are not connected).
